30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

The item must be in its original packaging.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For car accessories, the item must not have been installed or modified.

Refund Process: Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds for returned items will be processed via Bank Transfer to your Saudi bank account or provided as Store Credit, according to your preference, once the item is inspected.

Return Shipping: In accordance with standard policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
